Make it so it fits on my screen

As with Total Video Platinum this latest offering from Aiseesoft does not fit my screen and I am unable to resize it enough to make the close button visable.
To close I am needing to use Alt +F4
While not a big thing it does make it not as user friendly as some of the other converters I use
